Paul Balent, is a global technical director for Nalco, where he has worked for 24 years. He was appointed to the Board in May, 2015 to complete the unexpired term of Jill Cole and was elected to a full term in November, 2015. Balent is a resident of Montgomery and has two children attending Sycamore Community Schools. He earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Miami University.
