Physicals can be performed  June 1, 2020 or later. 

All students in grades 7-12 who wish to join a Nittanyville School District PIAA sport team for the upcoming school year must complete the electronic application (CIPPE).

Print the completed forms and return them in person or by US Mail (NO faxes will be accepted):

Deadlines for forms being returned are according to the following schedules for your sport: 

Fall

• Fall PIAA Sports Physicals are due: Monday, August 4
• Fall PIAA Sports begin: Monday, August 11

Winter

• Winter PIAA sports Physicals or Parent Re-Certification are due: Monday, November 10
• Winter PIAA Sports begin: Monday, November 17

Spring

• Spring PIAA Sports Physicals and or parent re-certification due: February 23
• Spring PIAA Sports begin: March 2
