Leadership Development

  • PSA supports members through a wide variety of professional learning and networking opportunities, ranging from webinars to workshops to conferences.

In addition, PSA annually recognizes school administrators who demonstrate outstanding leadership through the PSA Awards of Achievement program and, in concert with AASA, the Superintendent of the Year program.

The Research Fellows program, coordinated by the Research Committee, encourages educational leadership doctoral students from around the Commonwealth to pursue research in areas of interest to PSA members.

Finally, PSA provides a listing of career opportunities available to those seeking positions in school administration.

All of these programs and services have one aim: to support and develop the professional expertise of school administrators across the Commonwealth.
